The Year Of The Ripper

Well all, the countdown begins! only 6 hours left of 2011 here in NYC. We want to say that we’ve had an awesome year here at Mass Grave Pictures, and we couldn’t have done it without everyone who was there with us and for us..
Blood Slaughter Massacre 1, 2, and 3 have become something so much more than we imagined, and it’s all because of the amazing hard work everyone has put into it.
2012 begins production on the feature length Blood Slaughter Massacre movie (OUR FIRST FEATURE FILM!!) which we are eagerly anticipating! The script is nearly done, and we have even started casting a few roles! Look out for more pieces of The Ripper Killer‘s legacy in the future as well!
Also, in the upcoming year, you will see the beginning of Zombie Hunters: City Of The Dead Season 2, as well as another feature length project we are producing along with No Pictures Pwease productions!
There is a lot more in store for us in the coming year. We thank EVERYONE for their continued support and love, and we hope to never let you down.
Our journey is just beginning, and we have so much farther to travel.

So from all of us at Mass Grave Pictures, we wish you all a Happy 2012, and may the Universe bring you joy and happiness, for all time.

Zombie Hunters and MGP on The Ron And Fez Show!

Today, our very own Director, Manny Serrano, was on the Ron And Fez Show along with Pat Devaney and Michael Scardillo from Zombie Hunters: City Of The Dead! We discussed the coming of the Second Season of Zombie Hunters, The upcoming feature film we are working on with Mike Scardillo, as well as BSM! We also named our Top 5 scariest Horror Movie Moments!
The highlight of the day though, Mike did some makeup on Fez Whately, turning him into a Zombie Gaddafi! We then escorted Fez around Times Square, entertaining some onlookers (and scaring the pants off of some others).. For a look at the makeup process, check out the link below!

Monster-Mania Con 19!

Haven’t had much activity here lately, but that’s only because we’ve been busy working on the Blood Slaughter Massacre series. For all of you who may be there as well, we will once again be joining the Zombie Hunters: City Of The Dead at the MonsterMania Convention in just three short weeks. We are working on a special surprise for all the attendees, and we hope you all like it!
So, come on down to MonsterMania, August 19-21st in Cherry Hill, NJ and find us with the Zombie Hunters!

Broadcasting LIVE from Saturday Nightmares!!

Check THIS out! 42nd Street Pete was broadcasting live on Saturday Night from the lobby of the Saturday Nightmares Convention!
The podcast below is a downloadable version of the show, which features Ralph Merced and myself who were dragged onto the air by Patrick (thanks for that, you awesome awesome media whore!) for Mass Graves first ever radio interview! I was nervous and a little drunk (Pat actually TOOK THE DRINK AWAY FROM ME in the middle of it!!) if you couldn’t tell.. (i forgot to plug the website, goddammit!!)
Patrick Devaney and Christopher Murphy from Zombie Hunters: City Of The Dead started off the segment. So if you wanna hear us, Pat and Murph come in at the 60 minute mark, and get cut off by a music break. Show resumes to The Zombie Hunters, then us!

The show also includes many various folk wandering around the convention, Sid Haig among the many of them! Check it out!!

Saturday Nightmares!

Attention all Mass Gravers!! THIS WEEKEND, Saturday June 4th, we will be attending the Saturday Nightmares convention in New Jersey!
I have put Blood Slaughter Massacre 1-3 including the teasers together as a short film, and submitted them to the Killer Shorts competition run by the NYC Horror Film Festival! The email I have received stated that it will screen at 4pm on Saturday! This film festival also has an “Audience” Award, where the people will choose which was the best of the bunch, and the winner will automatically go onto the NYC Horror Film Festival in October! Also, winners or not, ALL films submitted will be considered for the NYCHFF! So one way or another, we have a chance to get Blood Slaughter Massacre into the Horror Fest!!
If you are coming down to the convention, PLEEEASE come check this out, as not only will this be our first official SCREENING of one of our films, it will also be the WORLD PREMIERE of Blood Slaughter Massacre 3! The longest, and most violent of the series!! (seriously, pay attention and you will count 15 deaths in under 5 minutes..)
A few members of our crew will be on hand for the screening, as well as our brothers the Zombie Hunters, and the crew from Dead Road will be there as well! This is a huge deal for all of us, and we want to share it with everyone!
We also have some new stickers, and free buttons for our fans! Just look for anyone in a Mass Grave Pictures t-shirt, and say hello!

Some Website Updates – MonsterMania

Our sections have now been updated, and the website is about 80% complete! I’m still trying to figure out how all of this works, so we can have everything run seamlessly together.

The Videos section has been updated, and I have added just about all of our videos from Youtube and Facebook. You will notice Blood Slaughter Massacre is missing. Don’t worry, being as we are currently working on them, I will be giving them their own section very soon! Gonna be a busy week, and we’re looking forward to this weekend!

To those who don’t know yet, Mass Grave Pictures will be at the Monster Mania Horror Convention in Cherry Hill, NJ this coming weekend! We will have a very special guest with us as well.. Look around for us lurking the halls. We will also be lending a hand helping out at the Zombie Hunters: City Of The Dead table!
If you haven’t already, then please do check them out! Zombie Hunters was the FIRST zombie based TV show (3 years before Walking Dead) and we are all proud to be a part of this ongoing series.

First things first, I would like to welcome you to the new massgravepictures.com! There are many updates and changes going on here, so we ask that you bear with us during our renovations.
Secondly, in time, this will become one of the two main places to get updates concerning Mass Grave Pictures (depending on how long this little “facebook” fad will last.) But, until this site is up and running 100% (which will be in the coming weeks), the facebook fanpage (facebook.com/massgravepictures) will be the main space for updates. All of our content will be available here, piece by piece, as well.
This spot will also be here to inform you of our goings on, our productions and whatever other various projects we may be involved in.
The video section will be filled shortly with all of our short films which are available online, and some extras like deleted scenes, outtakes and blooper reels. There will eventually be an FX section added, in order to showcase the talents of our amazing Special Makeup FX team, as well as a music section for our composer.
We will be adding links to our affiliates, as well as anything else we may feel we want to share with you.
